These terms govern the use of services provided by Cosmic Light Therapy, including environmental design consulting, light therapy, and personalized recommendations for optimizing interior spaces.
Services are provided exclusively for the purpose of improving general well-being and focus, without substituting professional medical or psychological advice.
The user undertakes to provide accurate and complete information upon registration and not to infringe the provider's intellectual property rights.
Cosmic Light Therapy assumes no liability for any adverse effects of layout or light therapy recommendations, as these are based on general studies and not on individual medical evaluations.
Under no circumstances shall the provider's total liability exceed the value of the subscription paid by the user in the last 12 months.
The provider is not liable for temporary service interruptions caused by maintenance or force majeure.
Monthly subscriptions are invoiced in advance and can be canceled at any time. Refunds are granted proportionally for the unused period, within 14 days of the request.
For personalized services (individual consulting), refunds are not possible after the report has been delivered.
Cosmic Light Therapy reserves the right to modify these terms with 30 days' prior notice, sent by email to the registered address.
Users who do not agree with the changes may cancel the service before the new terms take effect.
The provider may suspend or terminate user access in the event of a serious breach of terms, including fraud or abusive use of the platform.
In case of termination, the user will receive a copy of their personal data within 30 days, upon request.
